I've spent 30 years in IT. It started in 1996 at a Fort Worth internet provider, and by 2000 I was doing network security and identity work — penetration testing, firewalls, and the single sign-on and directory systems large enterprises run on. I've gone deeper every year since.
I founded Emorph IT to give growing businesses senior IT and security leadership without the cost of a full-time hire. Companies come to me when they've outgrown a patchwork of vendors and tools but aren't ready for an internal department — and I help them consolidate the sprawl, secure the environment, and enable the business with automation and AI.

Identity and SSO across 1,100+ stores at Pier 1 Imports; security and penetration testing dating back to 2000. Today, a Principal IAM Engineer for one of the largest state-government environments in the country.
Enterprise Migrations
Led a global identity and messaging migration through a multi-billion-dollar merger at UKG — doubling the user base from 7,000 to 14,000 mailboxes — and architected messaging for Kronos worldwide.
